1. What employee benefits does ASG offer?

2. How would you describe the work environment at ASG?
 

Our environment is business casual dress, professional, and family- and team-oriented. The work atmosphere is competitive, yet energetic and spirited – employees work together on a team, yet benefit financially from achieving their own personal goals.

 
3. Is there room for advancement at ASG?
 

Yes, there are many opportunities for personal growth and career development. We advance collection representatives to supervisors based on their productivity, work ethic, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed. We are very committed to our “internal talent” and encourage individuals to apply for openings in other departments when opportunities arise.

 
4. What are the scheduling requirements for a collection representative position?
 

It is important to contact our customers during “Prime Time” hours. We require 12 hours of Prime Time per week. Prime Time hours are Monday - Friday, 6 PM - 10 PM and all weekend hours.  Scheduling is done on a monthly basis, which is very accommodating to our employees.

 
5. What if I have no experience? Does ASG provide training?
 

We look for individuals who are customer service-oriented because we are committed to training the right individuals. In our state-of-the art classroom, the training staff will teach employees the necessary techniques to be effective and successful collectors. After completing the training period, employees become ASG Certified Collection Associates with skills and knowledge in the following areas: negotiation, verbal communication, creative problem-solving, and federal and state laws.

 
8. How does ASG stand out above the rest?
