4. What are the scheduling requirements for a collection
representative position?
|
|
|
It is important to contact our customers during “Prime Time”
hours. We require 12 hours of Prime Time per week. Prime Time
hours are Monday - Friday, 6 PM - 10 PM and all weekend
hours. Scheduling is done on a monthly basis, which is very accommodating to our employees.

5. What if I have no experience? Does ASG provide
training?
|
|
|
We look for individuals who are customer service-oriented because we are committed to training the right individuals. In our state-of-the art classroom, the training staff will teach employees the necessary techniques to be effective and successful collectors. After completing the training period, employees become ASG Certified Collection Associates with skills and knowledge in the following areas: negotiation, verbal communication, creative problem-solving, and federal and state laws.
